Who can use Mokilizingas services?
Persons receiving a salary under an employment contract.
Persons receiving permanent benefits (pensions, allowances, etc.) paid by Sodra.
- Civil servants, including statutory civil servants.
- Statutory civil servants who are currently retired.
What documents are required to use the Mokilizingas service?
- Passport or identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania.
- If necessary, we may ask you to show an additional document: Statutory officers service certificate.

Conditions:
/ Implantation and prosthetic procedures are performed at the clinic “Vilniaus implantologijos NAMAI”, Lvovo st. 101, Vilnius.
/ Pre-registration for the consultation is required.
/ Implantations are performed by Dr. Raimundas Golubevas, Mindaugas Vaičiūnas; prosthetics – by Dr. Aušra Vaškelienė.
