E-MAX dental veneers
We are glad that we could contribute to another beautiful smile. The patient complained of crumbling, graying and sensitive front teeth.
Professional oral hygiene, laser whitening and 6 minimally invasive front teeth ceramic veneers were made almost without grinding the patient’s tooth. The patient is very satisfied, and our biggest thank you is her wide smile! You can check the looked before and after dental veneers in the attached photos.

E-MAX dental veneers
Individually layered metal-free ceramic EMAX veneers for 4 front teeth.
The patient contacted us because of unaesthetic looking front teeth and old fillings. After considering all the advantages and disadvantages of aesthetic filling and microprosthetics with veneers, the patient chose to restore her front teeth with ceramic veneers (dental veneers).
03
E-MAX dental veneers
The patient underwent aesthetic microprosthetics of 4 front teeth with EMAX metal-free ceramic crowns and veneers. It was possible not only to restore a beautiful, natural and harmonious smile, but also shift the front teeth from the cross-bite.

E-MAX dental veneers
The patient was no longer satisfied with the aesthetic filling performed a few years ago, one tooth was severely damaged. 4 front teeth restored with aesthetic and durable metal-free ceramic EMAX restorations.
Smile restoration with laminates is recommended if:
/ incorrect shape of front teeth, twisted or broken teeth;
/ discoloured front teeth (“dead”, teeth damaged with fluorosis and tetracycline);
/ wide, unsightly gaps between teeth (diastemas);
/ dark teeth, when whitening is not effective enough due to the individual characteristics of the tooth, and the patient wants significantly whiter teeth;
/ part of a chipped tooth needs to be restored due to trauma;
/ badly worn teeth due to which teeth positioned lowered;
/ old, unaesthetic fillings in the area of front teeth;
/ the patient’s aesthetic expectations are extremely high, and aesthetic filling will certainly not fulfil them.
Dental laminates are aesthetic and durable
Dental veneers are extremely thin, 0.3-0.5 mm thick ceramic plates that cover the front surfaces of teeth. These are long-lasting dentures that don’t wear out as quickly as fillings. By choosing this method of prosthetics, your gums will remain healthy, as the plaque on the veneers is very minimal.

Financing options
Dental prosthetics and its cost: the price of this procedure can always be friendly to our patients. For those who cannot pay the full amount at once, we offer to pay for the treatment in parts. Our partners Inbank will help you to cover dental bridges cost, teeth crowns cost and purchase the dental prosthetics service in installments.
Other possible financing options:
/ Billing with health insurance funds when the patient has concluded a contract with the insurance company.
/ Funding from territorial health insurance funds for patients covered by mandatory health insurance.
Advantages of veneers:
/ Thin – this allows very minimal preparation (grinding) of the teeth. Restoring teeth with veneers is the safest, most tooth-tissue-sparing method.
/ Aesthetic – ceramics used for veneers have always been and will remain the most aesthetic material in dentistry. Ceramic (glass) is very similar to natural tooth enamel. Glass veneers, like natural tooth enamel, transmit light, which is what makes them look so natural.
Ceramic processing technologies allow to obtain an authentic shape, natural transparency, fluorescence and opacity.
/ Easy care and durability – ceramic is smooth, nothing sticks or builds up on it, so veneers do not build up any plaque. Ceramics do not pigment, do not turn gray, do not turn yellow, do not change colour at all. As a result, you can safely enjoy coffee, tea, red wine and other colouring products with veneers! Composite dental veneers do not wear out and can last for 10-20 years (an aesthetic filling will provide a good result for 3-5 years).
/ Strong – the strength and resistance of glass is very close to the strength of natural tooth enamel, so composite dental veneers do not crumble, crack, but at the same time do not wear out the teeth that have a contact with them.
/ Biocompatible – they do not cause allergic reactions because they contain no monomers, bisphophanates and bis-GMA. Since they are very smooth and do not accumulate plaque, the gums near the veneers remain healthy.
Dental veneers or aesthetic filling?
A beautiful smile can be created in two ways: aesthetic filling and microprosthetics with ceramic veneers.
Dental veneers
Advantages:
+ Minimally invasive tooth preparation, sometimes even without grinding
+ The most aesthetic possible tooth and smile restoration
+ Do not crumble, crack, wear out or chew off
+ Do not change color at all, do not accumulate plaque, do not pigment, do not age
+ Can last 15-20 years
Disadvantages:
– Two visits are required
– More expensive
Aesthetic filling
Advantages:
+ One visit is enough for filling
+ Cheaper
Disadvantages:
– Large fillings do not preserve the natural tooth tissue
– Aesthetics are inferior to veneers
– They are more fragile than laminates, they can break when chewing harder food
– Fillings darken over time
– Should be replaced after 3-5 years
Production of dental veneers
/ In our clinic, dental veneers are made of E-max material. E-max veneers are made of lithium disilicate glass ceramic, which is extremely strong, bright and natural-looking. E-max veneers not only look great, but are also extremely strong due to their structure. And the veneers itself can be made as thin as 0.2 mm, so wearing it you will maintain the aesthetic look and save the existing tooth.
/ A team of dental technicians in the laboratory manufactures each veneer individually. First, using state-of-the-art computer scanning, modeling, milling software and equipment, veneers are modeled on a computer screen, milled, and then manually cast from ceramic.
/ Dental veneers can be placed on one tooth, but for some patients one veneer is not enough and six or eight veneers are needed, because only then it is possible to achieve a beautiful smile full of healthy teeth. Most often, we improve patients’ smile with six upper jaw veneers.
/ Dental veneers are not the same as implants or crowns. Only the front of the tooth is covered with veneers, i.e. the existing tooth is not replaced with an implant and a crown is not placed on it. With the help of veneer, your smile is restored and beautified without the use of invasive methods. This is a great advantage, because saving your permanent teeth is very important. They will serve you longer than any restored artificial tooth and thus you will preserve your jawbone and bite.
The course of procedure with dental veneers
If your teeth are healthy and veneers can be placed on them immediately, the whole process usually takes about a week.
01
Consultation
The patient and doctor meet for a consultation, during which they discuss expectations and the best methods for restoring a smile. Sometimes, when teeth are particularly damaged and unevenly grown, orthodontic treatment may be required before veneers are placed. Also, if the teeth are severely damaged, you may have to choose a tooth restoration with a full crown, because there is not enough space to cement a veneer.
02
Second visit
During the second visit, teeth are prepared (caries is cleaned), prepared for veneers, teeth are scanned with an intraoral scanner (a digital imprint is taken), and temporary dental veneers are made for maximum patient comfort.
03
Last visit
During the third visit (after 1-3 days), when the dental technician produces the dental veneers, upon arrival at the clinic, the dentist measures the manufactured veneers and cements them (attaches them to the teeth). After 1-2 weeks, a short follow-up visit is scheduled to assess the final result and the condition of the gums.
Our clinic provides services to people living abroad: after planning visits in advance, we can beautify your smile in two to three days.

Recommendations on how to behave when having dental veneers
After the procedure, nothing additional needs to be done. After placing the dental veneers and when the pain relief effect is over, you can immediately lead a normal life, eat and drink what you like.
After placing the dental veneers, the dentist carefully examines them, checking that the veneers are fully cemented everywhere and that there are no sharp corners anywhere. If there is cement left on the surface or sharp corners, it is always polished so that the teeth feel soft and clean. If after a few days you feel that there is an unevenness in some place, then it is probably cement, which will come off with regular oral hygiene at home and you will no longer feel it. If you still feel it after a few days, come to our clinic and the doctors will definitely fix everything.
Porcelain veneers can last about 15-20 years. If you want the veneers to last as long as possible, the following measures should be taken:
1/ Never open any packaging or bottle caps with your teeth.
2/ Try not to chew food with your front teeth, chew with your molars.
3/ Divide harder food into smaller pieces, then you don’t have to bite hard with your front teeth.
4/ If you grind your teeth at night – get a special cap at the clinic, which you will put on at night and thus prevent wear and chipping of the teeth.
5/ If you play contact sports or engage in extreme sports – use a special sports dental guard, this way you will avoid injuries, tooth displacement and chipping.
